Death & Co's orgeat recipe based on their book "Death & Co: Modern Classic Cocktails"


12 oz
toasted almond milk
16 oz
superfine sugar
212 tsp
Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
212 tsp
Lazzaroni Amaretto
14 tsp
rose water


  1. Combine toasted almond milk and superfine sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, without bringing to a boil, until sugar is dissolved
  2. Remove from heat and stir in cognac, amaretto and rose water
  3. Store in refrigerator up to one month
