Pennyroyal-infused Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 oz
Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
34 oz
lemon juice
14 oz
Death & Co Orgeat
14 oz
cinnamon syrup
14 oz
acacia honey syrup
lemon wheel as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Muddle pear slices in a shaker
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
  3. Strain into Nick & Nora glass
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel
