ginger syrup


1 part
ginger juice
2 part
superfine sugar


  1. Make fresh ginger juice, either by using a juice machine or by finely grating it, wrapping in a towel or cheesecloth, and squeezing out the juice (the former is much easier)
  2. Put the juice in a blender with the sugar and blend until sugar is dissolved
