Coffey Park Swizzle

Rhum Barbancourt 3-Star
1 oz
Lustau Amontillado Sherry
14 oz
velvet falernum
34 oz
lime juice
34 oz
ginger syrup
3 dash
Angostura aromatic bitters
mint sprig as garnish


  1. Whip all ingredients (except bitters), shaking with a few pieces of crushed ice
  2. Strain into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Swizzle until cold
  4. Add bitters and swizzle them into the top of the drink
  5. Garnish with mint sprig
  6. Serve with a straw
