Queen's Park Swizzle

10 leaf
mint leaf
34 oz
simple syrup
white sugar cube
2 oz
Caña Brava Rum
1 oz
lime juice
4 dash
Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters
4 dash
Angostura aromatic bitters
mint sprig as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Gently muddle mint, simple syrup and sugar cube in a shaker
  2. Add rum and lime juice and whip (shake with a small amount of crushed ice until just incorporated)
  3. Dump into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
  4. Swizzle until cold
  5. Top with bitters and swizzle them into top of drink
  6. Garnish with mint sprig
  7. Serve with a straw
