Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters
2 oz
Plymouth Gin
34 oz
Lustau Amontillado Sherry
12 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
demerara syrup
club soda to top off
orange crescent as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Muddle orange wheel and bitters in a shaker
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except soda) and shake with ice
  3. Strain into highball glass with ice
  4. Top with club soda
  5. Garnish with orange crescent; serve with a straw

Notes & Review

Refreshing yet complex balance of citrus with spices from the robust bitters and botanicals from the gin. The sherry adds a level of depth as well to uplevel this club cocktail. A great drink for brunch or a warm afternoon.
