Ramos Gin Fizz

2 oz
Plymouth Gin
12 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
lime juice
1 oz
simple syrup
1 oz
heavy cream
egg white
6 drop
orange flower water
2 oz
club soda

Shake it Up

  1. Dry shake all ingredients, except for club soda
  2. Fill shaker with ice and shake until tin is very cold
  3. Double strain into highball glass and let rest for 30 seconds
  4. Slowly top with club soda
  5. Serve with a straw

Notes & Review

An indulgent and lovely cocktail. Sweet and luscious but not overly so. Fun to drink.
