Ingredients

2 oz

Beefeater London Dry Gin

1 oz

lime juice

¹⁄₂ oz

simple syrup

club soda to top off

1

lime wedge as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients, except club soda, with 3 ice cubes
2. Strain into highball glass with ice cubes
3. Garnish with lime wedge

Notes & Review

Very approachable, tasty, simple drink. A nice alternative to a gin and tonic and good intro for those who might not love gin.
