Ingredients

2 oz

Beefeater London Dry Gin

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1

egg white

club soda to top off

Shake it Up

1. Dry shake all ingredients, except club soda
2. Add ice, shake again
3. Double strain into fizz glass
4. Top with club soda

Notes & Review

This classic fizz is simple to make and simple tasting as well, but it comes together nicely, as do most gin + lemon + sugar cocktails. The egg white gives a nice texture and makes it a bit more fun but can be optional.
