Ingredients

La Favorite Rhum Agricole Blanc Coeur de Canne
12 oz
Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado Sherry
14 oz
Crème Yvette
34 oz
lime juice
34 oz
ginger syrup
club soda to top off

Shake it Up

  1. Short shake all ingredients (except club soda) with 3 ice cubes
  2. Strain into highball glass with 3 ice cubes
  3. Top with club soda; serve with a straw
