2 oz
Charbay Vodka
12 oz
lime juice
34 oz
ginger syrup
club soda to top off
lime wheel as garnish
candied ginger as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Short shake all ingredients, except club soda, with three ice cubes
  2. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
  3. Top with club soda
  4. Garnish with lime wheel and candied ginger flag
  5. Serve with a straw

Notes & Review

A classic, refreshing cocktail. The original recipe calls for 1 part vodka, 2 parts ginger beer and a sqeeze of fresh lime, so this is a bit different. The ginger beer might add a bit more depth to the drink actually; this came off a little one-dimensional, although was still very tasty.
