Ingredients

2 oz
Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 oz
pineapple juice
34 oz
lime juice
12 oz
ginger syrup
1 dash
Angostura aromatic bitters
club soda to top off
1
lime wheel as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice
  2. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
  3. Top with club soda
  4. Garnish with lime wheel; serve with a straw

Notes & Review

A nice daytime or brunch drink, refreshing, tangy and sweet. The ginger adds a needed spice to cut through the lime and pineapple and the rum (and bitters) brings it all together. Be careful with too much club soda, this drink can end up overly diluted pretty easily.
