Directions

  1. Combine a heaping 1/4 cup of loose-leaf chamomile tea with one liter of Old Overholt Rye and stir well
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve
