Ingredients

Fuji apple slice

2 oz

chamomile-infused Old Overholt Rye

¹⁄₂ oz

pineapple juice

¹⁄₂ oz

lime juice

¹⁄₂ oz

cinnamon syrup

1

lime wheel as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle apple slices in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
3. Double strain into coupe
4. Garnish with lime wheel

Notes & Review

A tangy, floral, apple pie. Very tasty but for whatever reason, not as memorable as I would have hoped / expected after reading the ingredients. The flavors meld nicely but also get lost with so many competing for attention (chamomile, cinnamon, apple, lime, pineapple, not to mention the very strong Rye).
