  1. Stir all ingredients over ice
  2. Strain into coupe

Notes & Review

I think Joaquín's description is perfect for this drink. But even in summer, I'd personally prefer a regular ol' Manhattan. Don't think I'm a fan of Chamomile in cocktails -- makes it a bit too flowery. And in this drink, with with the Aperol, it comes off a little too sweet for my taste.
