Ingredients

2 oz

Beefeater London Dry Gin

1 oz

Dolin Dry Vermouth

¹⁄₂ oz

Cointreau

3 dash

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

1

lemon twist as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into coupe
3. Garnish with lemon twist

Notes & Review

Very dry and a bit too bitter for my taste, with the absinthe coming through quite strongly. That being said, an enjoyable drink if you don't mind absinthe and love dry gin martinis. We substituted Lucid Absinthe for the Vieux Pontarlier.
