Buffalo Trace Bourbon
34 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
cane sugar syrup
sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

  1. Short shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with 3 ice cubes
  2. Strain into fizz glass over 2 ice cubes
  3. Top with sparkling wine

Notes & Review

A dry, crisp sparkling white wine or champagne should be used.
