Plymouth Gin
14 oz
12 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
simple syrup
sparkling white wine to top off
grapefruit twist

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine and grapefruit twist) with ice
  2. Strain into flute
  3. Top with sparkling wine
  4. Squeeze grapefruit twist over drink and discard

Notes & Review

We agree with Phil Ward, the creator of this cocktail; this is a great intro to Campari. It adds a nice color to the drink but also a slight bitterness which gives this French 75 variation a bit more spunk.
