Ingredients

1 oz
Plymouth Gin
14 oz
Campari
12 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
simple syrup
sparkling white wine to top off
1
grapefruit twist

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine and grapefruit twist) with ice
  2. Strain into flute
  3. Top with sparkling wine
  4. Squeeze grapefruit twist over drink and discard
