Fuji apple slice
2 oz
Old Overholt Rye
12 oz
Dolin Dry Vermouth
12 oz
Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
1 tsp
maple syrup
apple fan as garnish

Stir it Up

  1. Gently muddle apple slices in mixing glass
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir over ice
  3. Double strain into coupe
  4. Garnish with apple fan

Notes & Review

A nice cocktail that would be perfect as an after-dinner drink in the fall. The flavors work well together and are reminiscent of cold apple cider with whiskey. Nothing really stood out though, hence the only "pretty good" rating.
