cacao nib-infused Cabeza Blanco Tequila
1 tsp
Galliano Ristretto
12 oz
pineapple juice
12 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
cane sugar syrup

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice
  2. Strain into coupe

Notes & Review

Not a great cocktail. The flavors didn't play off each other all that well, and it came off as sweet and flat with a weird aftertaste. I think much of this might be due to using canned pineapple juice so I'd like to remake again with fresh. The chocolate/cacao didn't really come through at all; I think it likely needed more nibs in the infusion and a longer sit time, but honestly not sure that would have helped this drink either.
