Cruzan Single Barrel Rum
12 oz
Clear Creek Pear Brandy
2 dash
Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
1 tsp
demerara syrup
4 dash
Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters
1 dash
Angostura aromatic bitters
lemon twist

Stir it Up

  1. Stir all ingredients (except lemon twist) over ice
  2. Strain into double rocks glass
  3. Squeeze lemon twist over drink and discard
