Ingredients

cucumber wheel

2 oz

Cabrito Blanco Tequila

³⁄₄ oz

sage-infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

¹⁄₂ oz

acacia honey syrup

cucumber ribbon as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle cucumber wheels in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
3. Strain into coupe
4. Garnish with cucumber ribbon on a cocktail pick
