Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Aviation Gin

¹⁄₄ oz

St. George Absinthe

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine
