Ingredients

1 oz

Plymouth Gin

³⁄₄ oz

Cointreau

¹⁄₂ oz

Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into coupe
3. Top with sparkling wine

Notes & Review

On the verge of cloyingly sweet, but has its merits. The coupe we used was on the small side; a bit more sparkling wine would have made this drink a bit better, but there was no room. The Luxardo Maraschino is definitely very present, so if you like that flavor, you should like this cocktail. Note, a dry Champagne or sparkling wine should be used.
