Background & History

"It's hard to predict which D&C drinks will be replicated elsewhere. This Sazerac variation has ended up on the menus of cocktail bars all over the world." - Joaquín Simó, Death & Co

Notes & Review

A really nice rum-based riff on the classic Sazerac. It's quite complex, with the three types of bitters intermingling and the mole bitters adding a nice chocolate note.
