Ingredients

1 rinse: Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
1¹⁄₂ oz: Hine H Cognac
¹⁄₂ oz: Dolin Dry Vermouth
¹⁄₂ oz: Royal Combier Grande Liqueur
1 tsp: Clear Creek Pear Brandy
1 dash: Angostura aromatic bitters
1: lemon twist as garnish

Stir it Up

Rinse rocks glass with absinthe
Stir remaining ingredients over ice
Strain into rocks glass
Garnish with lemon twist
