Ingredients

2 oz: Plymouth Gin
³⁄₄ oz: St-Germain
³⁄₄ oz: lemon juice
³⁄₄ oz: simple syrup
1: egg white
: club soda to top off

Shake it Up

Dry shake with all ingredients (except club soda), then shake again with ice
Double strain into fizz glass
Top with club soda
