Ingredients

1 oz

sage-infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth

³⁄₄ oz

Krogstad Aquavit

³⁄₄ oz

grapefruit juice

1 tsp

cane sugar syrup

sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine
