Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
112 oz
Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
14 oz
56 oz
grapefruit juice
12 oz
lime juice
1 tsp
cinnamon syrup
1 tsp
cane sugar syrup

Shake it Up

  1. Rinse coupe with absinthe
  2. Shake remaining ingredients with ice
  3. Strain into coupe

Notes & Review

The Death & Co recipe uses "Donn's Mix #1" as an ingredient, which is 2 parts grapefruit juice, 1 part cinnamon syrup. We've extracted those out and included them individually in the recipe, hence the strange 5/6th of an ounce for the grapefruit juice. This is the equivalent of a full ounce, with a teaspoon extracted.
