Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Plymouth Gin

¹⁄₂ oz

St-Germain

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

sparkling white wine to top off

1

grapefruit twist as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients (except sparkling wine) over ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine
4. Garnish with grapefruit twist

Notes & Review

Might need to make again but the first time we made this it was pretty funky, and not in a great way. Let us know if you try it and it's great and we'll try it again!
