34 oz
tarragon and agave nectar gastrique
1 dash
Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters
sparkling white wine to top off

Stir it Up

  1. Stir all ingredients (except sparkling wine) over ice
  2. Strain into flute
  3. Top with sparkling wine
