1 rinse

Laphroaig 10-Year Scotch

1¹⁄₂ oz

Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whiskey

¹⁄₂ oz

Bruichladdich Port Chartlotte 7-Year Scotch

2 dash

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

1 tsp

demerara syrup

2 dash

Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters

lemon twist

Stir it Up

1. Rinse rocks glass with Laphroaig
2. Stir remaining ingredients (except lemon twist) over ice
3. Strain into rocks glass
4. Squeeze lemon twist over drink and discard
