Martini / Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz
- Siete Leguas Reposado Tequila
- 1⁄2 oz
- coffee-infused Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
- 1⁄2 oz
- Green Chartreuse
- 1 tsp
- cinnamon syrup
- 1 dash
- Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
Stir it Up
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain into martini glass

"We had a coffee pod machine at the bar that made really crappy coffee, so I would add a spash of Green Chartreuse and cinnamon syrup to make it drinkable." - Jessica Gonzalez Named after (I believe), the eponymous character on the TV show Twin Peaks, which ran in the early 1990s. The character was a big fan of coffee.

A fun, boozy sipper, probably best for those who enjoy coffee and Chartreuse. It's like an herbaceous, boozy but sweet, mocha.
