Ingredients

2 oz: Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila
³⁄₄ oz: Dolin Blanc Vermouth
¹⁄₂ oz: Yellow Chartreuse
¹⁄₄ tsp: cinnamon syrup

Stir it Up

Stir all ingredients (note, recipe calls for a "scant" 1/2 oz of Yellow Chartreuse) over ice
Strain into coupe

Notes & Review

A boozy blanco tequila cocktail with some funk from the Chartreuse and just a hint of cinnamon that eeks its way through. Stirred blanco tequila cocktails are a bit tough in our humble opinion, so this will not be loved by all.
