Ingredients
- 2 oz
- Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila
- 3⁄4 oz
- Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- 1⁄2 oz
- Yellow Chartreuse
- 1⁄4 tsp
- cinnamon syrup
Stir it Up
- Stir all ingredients (note, recipe calls for a "scant" 1/2 oz of Yellow Chartreuse) over ice
- Strain into coupe
Notes & Review
A boozy blanco tequila cocktail with some funk from the Chartreuse and just a hint of cinnamon that eeks its way through. Stirred blanco tequila cocktails are a bit tough in our humble opinion, so this will not be loved by all.
