Ingredients

1 oz

Ron del Barrilito 3-Star Rum

¹⁄₂ oz

lime juice

¹⁄₂ oz

acacia honey syrup

sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine

Notes & Review

A dry, crisp sparkling white wine or champagne should be used. A delicious and slightly funky sparkling cocktail that's also simple to make. We ended up using Mexican/Key limes which gave it some additional funk and it worked nicely.
