Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

Directions

  1. Combine 3 coarsely chopped red Anjou pears, one coarsely chopped Granny Smith apple (including core and peel), two cloves, one cinnamon stick and 750 milliliters of Siembra Azul blanco in a container and stir well
  2. Cover and let stand at room temperature for one week, stirring daily
  3. Strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve
