mint leaf
12 oz
cane sugar syrup
1 oz
Szechuan peppercorn-infused Plymouth Gin
1 oz
Beefeater London Dry Gin
12 oz
Dolin Blanc Vermouth
112 oz
watermelon juice
34 oz
lime juice
mint sprig as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Gently muddle mint leaves and cane sugar syrup in shaker
  2. Add remaining ingredients; shake with ice
  3. Double strain into double rocks glass with 1 large ice cube
  4. Garnish with mint sprig
