Ingredients

cucumber wheel

2 oz

Banks 5 Island Blend White Rum

¹⁄₂ oz

Cardamaro

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

3

cucumber wheel as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle 3 cucumber wheels in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
3. Double strain into double rocks glass
4. Garnish with 3 cucumber wheels fanned on top of drink
