Ingredients

brandied cherry
2 oz
Bulleit Bourbon
1⁄2 oz
Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
1⁄2 oz
Heering Cherry Liqueur (Cherry Heering)
1⁄2 oz
lemon juice
1⁄2 oz
simple syrup
1
brandied cherry as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Muddle cherries in a shaker
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
  3. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
  4. Garnish with cherry on a cocktail pick; serve with a straw

Notes & Review

A bourbon and cherry bomb. Reminiscent of a Manhattan, with heavy cherry undertones and some tartness from the lemon. If you love cherry, give it a whirl.
