Ingredients

cucumber wheel

2 oz

Krogstad Aquavit

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1 tsp

Death & Co Grenadine

2 dash

The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

cucumber spear as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle cucumber wheels in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
3. Double strain into double rocks glass with one large ice cube
4. Garnish with cucumber spear
