Ingredients

blackberry

2 oz

cognac

³⁄₄ oz

Warre's Otima 10 Tawny Port

¹⁄₂ oz

crème de cassis blackcurrant liqueur

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

2 dash

Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

blackberry as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Gently muddle blackberries in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
3. Double strain into coupe
4. Garnish with the blackberry
