Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Laird's 100 Proof Straight Apple Brandy (Bottled in Bond)

¹⁄₂ oz

Sandeman Rainwater Madeira

¹⁄₂ oz

maple syrup

egg yolk

¹⁄₂ oz

heavy cream

None

nutmeg as garnish

apple slice as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice
2. Double strain into coupe
3. Garnish with a few grates of nutmeg and apple slice
