Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Redbreast 12-Year Irish Whiskey

1 oz

coffee-infused Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth

¹⁄₄ oz

demerara syrup

1

egg yolk

¹⁄₂ oz

heavy cream

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

1

dark chocolate as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients with three ice cubes
2. Strain into pilsner glass with crushed ice
3. Coarsely grate dark chocolate over drink
4. Serve with a straw
