Ingredients

2 oz

Plymouth Gin

³⁄₄ oz

Lustau Amontillado Sherry

1 tsp

G.E. Massenez Crème de Pêche

¹⁄₄ oz

acacia honey syrup

1

lemon twist

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into coupe
3. Squeeze lemon twist over drink and discard

Notes & Review

Fruity nose of peach and lemon. Dry but with sweet notes from the peach and honey. Pretty nice cocktail but the peach is somewhat iffy, especially in a stirred cocktail.
