Ingredients

³⁄₄ oz

Clear Creek Pear Brandy

³⁄₄ oz

Laird's 100 Proof Straight Apple Brandy (Bottled in Bond)

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

1 oz

simple syrup

sparkling white wine to top off

Anjou pear slice as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients (except sparkling wine) over ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine
4. Garnish with Anjou pear slice
