Ingredients

1 oz

Macchu Pisco

³⁄₄ oz

Aperol

³⁄₄ oz

blood orange juice

¹⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

simple syrup

sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine
