Tariquet VS Classique Bas-Armagnac

³⁄₄ oz

Guillon-Painturaud VSOP Cognac Grande Champagne

³⁄₄ oz

Busnel Calvados VSOP

³⁄₄ oz

Dolin Blanc Vermouth

¹⁄₄ oz

Alvear Festival Pale Cream Sherry

¹⁄₄ oz

maple syrup

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

lemon twist

1

Fuji apple slice as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients (except lemon twist) over ice
2. Strain into Nick & Nora glass
3. Squeeze lemon twist over drink, discard
4. Garnish with Fuji apple slice
