Hine H Cognac

¹⁄₂ oz

dried currant-infused Wild Turkey Rye

³⁄₄ oz

Sandeman Ruby Port

¹⁄₂ oz

simple syrup

1

egg yolk

¹⁄₂ oz

heavy cream

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

Shake it Up

1. Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice
2. Double strain into coupe
