- 1⁄2 oz
- dried currant-infused Wild Turkey Rye
- 3⁄4 oz
- Sandeman Ruby Port
- 1⁄2 oz
- simple syrup
- 1
- egg yolk
- 1⁄2 oz
- heavy cream
- 1 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
Shake it Up
- Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice
- Double strain into coupe
