- Green Chartreuse
- 3⁄4 oz
- Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur

- lemon juice
Shake it Up
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Strain into coupe
Background & History
A Last Word riff using rye whiskey instead of gin, and swapping in lemon juice for the lime juice. Named after its creator, Mr. Phil Ward.
Notes & Review
The recipe doesn't call for a garnish but feel free to try a maraschino cherry or lemon twist. This is a riff that definitely works. Everything blends together nicely, just as in the original, so a great cocktail for whiskey lovers and non alike.
