Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whiskey

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1 tsp

pomegranate molasses

mint leaf

mint leaf as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Double strain into coupe
3. Garnish with mint leaf

Notes & Review

Tart, tangy, and minty, with the rye doing a great job bringing those strong flavors back down to earth. A delicious and drinkable cocktail, even for those who don't adore whiskey.
